1. Data Controller
Until Brokz completes incorporation, the interim data controller is the Brokz founding team, reachable at legal@brokztech.com. After incorporation in Estonia, the controller will be the newly incorporated company and this section will be updated accordingly.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide voluntarily through our contact form: company name, your name, business email address, inquiry category, and the content of your message. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this website at this time.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate potential engagements. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Where the GDPR applies to you, processing is based on your consent (submitting the contact form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Where Turkish data protection law (KVKK) applies, the same processing is based on your explicit consent and on our legitimate interest under KVKK Article 5.
5. Data Retention
Contact-form submissions are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period. You may request deletion at any time by writing to legal@brokztech.com.
6. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties except service providers strictly required to operate our website and email infrastructure, each bound by confidentiality obligations.
7. International Transfers
Some service providers may process data outside your country of residence. Where such transfers occur, we rely on the service provider's stated safeguards. A full list of processors and transfer safeguards will be published in v1.0 after incorporation.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR where it applies to you, and KVKK for data subjects in Türkiye), you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and — where applicable — portability or objection to processing. 9. Security
We apply commercially reasonable measures to protect information, including encryption in transit. No system is fully secure; use of email carries inherent risks that neither Brokz nor any party can entirely eliminate.
